About Us
Since the creation of the Monte-Carlo Woman of the Year Award by Cinzia Sgambati-Colman in 2012, we have been keen to celebrate and recognize the outstanding achievements of eminent women in a variety of sectors. For the past 8 years, the Award has been preceded by the Monaco Women Forum, to deepen these discoveries and create a truly collaborative discussion around important current topics.
Our commitment to female excellence is now reflected in a comprehensive event, combining individual recognition with meaningful dialogue to inspire and positively influence women's professional futures.
Over 11 years, we have welcomed exceptional participants and guests, including world leaders and influential personalities, reinforcing our reputation as a major platform for top-level exchanges.
The Monaco Women Forum is also an exceptional opportunity for young start-ups to meet experts from various sectors, fostering the exchange of ideas and knowledge. The Monegasque context offers an ideal environment opening valuable doors to growth and potential investors. Start-ups can also benefit from incomparable visibility by presenting their products/services to a targeted, high-quality audience of experts, investors and recognized professionals.

Mission
At the Monaco Women Forum, we are redefining the global stage for leadership, innovation, and progress. Our mission is clear: to showcase the expertise, achievements, and influence of women shaping the future across industries—from space and technology to finance, health and science, and beyond.
In a world where women remain underrepresented in high-level conferences and decision-making rooms, we are setting a new standard. This is not another conversation about women’s rights—it’s a powerful demonstration of women’s competence, leadership, and impact.

Since 2012, we have built a prestigious international network, bringing together visionaries, industry leaders, and changemakers to engage in cutting-edge discussions, forge strategic connections, and inspire action.
We create an environment where knowledge meets opportunity, and where the future is shaped by those driving real change.
At Monaco Women Forum, we don’t ask for a seat at the table—we create the table.
Vision
The Monaco Women Forum is not just another conference—it’s a powerhouse of expertise, leadership, and innovation, set to become the World Economic Forum for women. Since 2012, we have built a global network of exceptional minds—women and men—who are shaping the future across industries. While most international events still feature a disproportionately high percentage of male speakers, we are flipping the script.
Women drive economies, lead industries, and pioneer advancements—yet, they are too often missing from the stage.
We are here to change that.

This is not about women’s rights. This is about excellence. Unlike many global conferences where women are drastically underrepresented, we ensure that the majority of voices shaping the future are those of women. Not because of quotas. Not because of activism.
The Monaco Women Forum is a platform where women’s achievements, influence, and expertise take the spotlight—not as a matter of inclusion or equality, But because the women we bring to the stage are the driving forces of industries, economies, and innovation worldwide.
For over a decade, we have brought together the sharpest minds and most brilliant innovators across industries—finance, technology, space, sustainability, medicine, and beyond—to discuss the future of business, science, and society. This is where real-world solutions take shape, led by those who are making it happen.
This is not a conversation about inclusion. This is where the real decision-makers are.
